The Organ
This instrument dates from the 18th century and replaced the original organ, which was lost in a fire in 1699. The first organ at this location originally dated back to the 16th century. This Bätz organ includes compound stops, such as the Mixture and Cornet. The present organ came into being through the efforts of the churchwardens Simon van der Stel and Frans C. de Groot, whose family coats of arms adorn the organ on both sides.
Restauration
The Trumpet is the only non‑original stop, as it was replaced during the restoration in 1969. The organ was also restored again in 2015, this time by the firm Elbertse of Soest. During this restoration, new shallots, tongues and tuning wires were made for the Trumpet.
Sweelinq
The sample of this organ will soon be available in the Sweelinq database. Sweelinq is a software platform that allows you to play various organs from the comfort of your living room. You will also find a selection of Sweelinq organs in our range.

The cabinet of the Johannes de Heer SVO-3
The cabinet of the Johannes de Heer SVO-3 is sleekly designed and exceptionally compact, fitting effortlessly into any home or music room. Thanks to its minimalist design and high-quality finish in solid wood, the organ exudes tranquillity and class without being visually dominant. The clever arrangement of components and subtle lines make the SVO-3 a piece of furniture that should be seen. Additional comfort and ease of use come in the form of pedal lighting, a practical luxury bench with storage, and two integrated 12-inch touchscreen control panels that provide easy access to registrations, settings and sound selections.
Sweelinq in the SVO-3
Sweelinq is the heart of the Johannes de Heer SVO-3, providing access to a growing library of high-quality sample sets of famous organs. Each organ is recorded pipe by pipe with advanced microphone techniques, capturing both the direct sound and the natural acoustics of the room.
Thanks to the infinitely adjustable reverb, you can choose between a dry, direct sound or a spatial reverb that does justice to the original church space - like the impressive acoustics of the church of our lady in Dorderecht. These samples are not only faithfully captured, but also optimised for fast load times and realistic wind behaviour. So with the SVO-3 and Sweelinq, you don't just get a virtual organ, but an immersive playing experience.
This organ runs on the Sweelinq programme. Sweelinq is a subscription form and costs €131.88 per year.
